Mindful Self-Awareness Program

The Mindful Self-Awareness program is designed to support you in learning mindfulness and self-acceptance, developing kind awareness through your body, mind, and emotions. You may go through the program individually (as a mentorship) or in a group (sign up to my network to know when group trainings are offered).

The program supports you to develop your capacity to be present and less anxious and reactive. Through learning mindfulness, you may gain clarity over unconscious internal processes, question and change the patterns that are ready to be transformed, and find a more authentic and balanced self-expression, to ultimately optimize your relationship with yourself and others.

The program is designed to take you on a journey of transformation through weekly practices of mindfulness and self-awareness exercises. The minimum duration of the program is 12 weeks. During this time, we will meet once a week online for 50 minutes and I will teach you different meditation methods and processes that build on each other.

The format guides you from exactly where you are gradually in a process of self-discovery and liberation, improving your mindfulness skills, as well as your somatic and socio-emotional intelligence.

If you are interested in the Mindful Self-Awareness Program and have questions, you can get in touch with me through email or send me a message on Telegram. You can also set up a free intake session with me to talk about your needs and understand whether this service is the best fit for you.

Mindfulness Explained

Mindfulness is the human ability to be present, intentionally directing attention to what is here and now with an attitude of non-judgment, openness and curiosity.

Several scientific studies show the benefits of the mindfulness practices for overall well-being, as well as for focus and creativity. Developing the ability to be mindfully aware has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, help with depression relapse, and improve several indicators of mental health.
