Mindfulness Foundations Training

The Mindfulness Foundations Training is part one of a series of mindfulness-based programs designed to bring applied mindfulness into the workplace for promoting well-being and improving human relationships in businesses and educational institutions.

By training the ability to be mindfully aware, you will naturally develop the capacity to reduce stress and anxiety, increase your resilience, boost indicators of mental health and emotional intelligence, positively impacting your decision-making processes and your personal and professional life.

Mindfulness Explained

Mindfulness is the human ability to be present, intentionally directing attention to what is here and now with an attitude of non-judgment, openness and curiosity. The exercises to strengthen mindfulness include meditations, conscious movement, contemplative practices and self-reflection.
